All of Newsletter2Go’s servers are whitelisted. Why does email marketing whitelisting matter? When a server sends a newsletter, the IP address reads as ‘sender address’ on the newsletter. If another server accepts the newsletter (e.g. Gmail.com, Hotmail, Outlook), the sender address is scanned as part of the spam filter process. If the IP address is associated with known spam accounts, the email is blocked and remains undelivered.
If, on the other hand, the IP address is on an email marketing whitelist, a whitelisted email is sent through to the contact’s inbox immediately. IP addresses that are not on any list at all are scanned individually by spam filters. This means that some percentage of those email will be flagged – some of them incorrectly – as spam, and will not be delivered. Whitelisting ensures, above all, reliable sending processes and extremely high delivery rates for your emails. Don’t risk sending your next email campaign without the assurances of whitelisting.
Newsletter2Go is a certified Partner of the Certified Senders Alliance. The CSA is one of the largest whitelisting providers in Europe. Our membership guarantees that your whitelisted emails are delivered securely to the most important email service providers in Europe, including gmx.de, web.de, Hotmail, Aol and many more. Sending with us means that your whitelisted whitelisted emails are not scrutinized as spam, and instead are delivered securely to your contacts’ inboxes. This will increase the delivery rate for your campaign.
In order to maintain high delivery rates with internet service providers (ISPs) such as AOL, Yahoo, and Hotmail, Newsletter2Go is also a certified partner of the ISIPP SuretyMail program. Aside from achieving better deliveries with dozens of other ISPs thanks to whitelisting, your emails also benefit from a bonus with spam filters. If your contact’s inbox is protected by one of the following spam filters, the delivery rate will be increased. Supported spam filters include SpamAssassin, SpamCop und SURBL.
We offer dedicated IPs for high-volume customers. We continually maintain dedicated IP servers that will only be used to send your high-volume email marketing campaigns. No one else will have access to these servers, meaning that their reputation is completely controlled by you and your company, and will not be negatively influenced. Newsletter2Go assumes all server maintenance efforts. The dedicated IPs are all 100% certified, meaning that you’ll enjoy the benefits of whitelisting.
You’re empowered to create sender signatures that will further improve your email campaign’s delivery rates. Using the DKIM signature, a DNS entry from your website is attached to the sender address. This entry allows Newsletter2Go’s servers to use your website as a further authentication that your email is legitimate. Email providers take this as further proof that your message is not spam.
Sending ‘signed’ emails allows the validity of sender addresses to be clarified, which in turn leads to a lesser chance of spam checking and therefore a higher delivery rate.
With the use of a DKIM, SPF or Sender ID ‘signature’, the sender is also confirmed to be the owner of the relevant domain. This is used for email services such as Hotmail, outlook.com, MSN, Gmail and Yahoo.
In addition to the above, we also recommend further optimizing your delivery rates by using the DMARC authentication. This authentication protocol identifies you as the unique sender of any given newsletter. DMARC is used and recommend by leading email marketing experts in order to further increase the success of your campaign.
